A super-quick dinner of green vegetables cooked in garlic and chilli, served with pasta.
Kale, spinach, broccoli, or other green vegetables of your choice
Garlic to taste
Chilli to taste
Good olive oil
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Meanwhile, stir-fry your green vegetables in the best olive oil you have, with as much garlic and chilli as you like. Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan, tossing in the oil until fully coated.
Serve at once, with grated cheddar or parmesan.
